Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh: We aim to expand the provision of AIMICT training programs across the Arab region

During AIMICT’s Annual General Assembly Meeting
AMMAN - The Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT) has held its annual General Assembly meeting under the Chairmanship of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chair of AIMICT Board of Directors, with the attendance of members of the General and Management Boards.
During the meeting, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh praised the Society’s outstanding efforts over the past year, pointing out that these efforts have effectively contributed to strengthening knowledge sharing, skills development, and professional communication between individuals and institutions.
He went on to emphasize that AIMICT aims to widening its target market by expanding its training programs further than the local level to reach the Arab region, in addition to the extension of the accreditation for its training programs.
For his part, Mr. Ibrahim Abu Naffa, AIMICT executive director, stated that the future programs will be in line with the outcomes of the Economic Modernization Vision and Royal directives, aiming on delivering high-impact training programs. This is through establishing strategic collaboration with various firms within the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), benefiting from their expertise and resources.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jawad Obeidat, AIMICT administrative consultant, gave a brief on the Society’s achievements and initiatives over the past year. These included establishing new partnerships with public sector institutions in Jordan and across the Arab region, with Arab and international organizations. He also highlighted the advancement of the Society’s training programs, which positively contributed to a substantial increase in the number of participants, outlining a strategic framework for the upcoming year.
Furthermore, attendees expressed their confidence in the Society’s capacity to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services across various fields, thanks to the leadership of its Chairman and its distinguished team.
In the meantime, the financial statement and report of the Society for the year ending on December 31, 2024, the final financial statements for 2024, the budget estimate for 2025 were discussed and approved. Mr. Ramez Al Zagha from the Professionals Auditing Firm was re-elected as the Society’s external auditor, and new authorized signatories were appointed.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT) was established as a non-profit organization in 1989, in New York, in the United States, and it was officially registered in Amman in 1990. It provides training and consulting services in digital transformation and knowledge technology fields.
