‘Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University’ and the Arab Open University in Jordan Sign Cooperation Agreement

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital University (TAGGDU), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Arab Open University/ Jordan (AOU) to establish coopearation between the two institutions aimed at enhancing educational and communication opportunities among students, academics, and staff members.
The agreement was signed by Prof. Tahrir Hamdi, director of the Arab Open University in Jordan, and HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAGGDU chairman.
The two parties agreed to cooperate in areas such as training, continuing education, community service, consulting, teaching, learning, curriculum development, and e-learning programs. Additionally, they will facilitate the admission of qualified graduates from the Arab Open University at suitable programs at TAGGDU. Prof.
Hamdi highlighted the significance of strengthening cooperation between the AOU and other academic counterparts in the Arab region. She also emphasized the importance of providing a variety of high-quality educational programs designed to develop students' skills, improve their academic and professional capabilities, and prepare them to successfully compete in the labor market.
This will be achieved by creating a dynamic educational environment that promotes scientific research and innovation.
For his part, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed that the TAGGDU's mission is to improve and develop digital education and make it accessible to everyone, pointing out that the University collaborates with numerous universities, NGOs, training institutions, and language schools to provide students with comprehensive education anytime and anywhere. It is worth mentioning that the MoU represents a framework for facilitating collaborative efforts between the two institutions in areas of mutual interest and common goals.
